This is so IMPORTANT! For example, when you or your driver arrives to the shipper, send an email and send an email when you are leaving. The same goes when you are at the receiver.

It does not have to be a long email. It is a simple 1 sentence email like a text message lbs.

If you are having issues with communicating with brokers on your own, maybe it's time you hire us for your Dispatch Service.

One thing the brokers are NOT going to do is play with us or our drivers 🙅🏽‍♀️

SAFETY IS THE PRIORITY. 💯This is the time when DISPATCHERS have to be on their guards AT ALL TIMES. The weather has to be CONSIDERED when trip planning!!

Here are some weather outlooks for the week (definitely not all, but some):

1️⃣St Louis Metro Area- Snow accumulations of 5 to 9 inches are expected.

2️⃣Middle Tennessee-Chilling fog, freezing drizzle, icy roads and up to 6 inches of snow expected.

3️⃣New Jersey-Snow accumulations up to 9 inches and sleet to fall this week.

4️⃣TEXAS- SIGNIFICANT ice and sleet accumulations is expected over Central and East Texas. Be mindful of power outages (most companies have backup generators, be sure to double check to see if the shipper/receiver is affected by the outages)

WINTER TIME IS NO JOKE. SOME DRIVERS CAN HANDLE IT AND SOME CAN'T. IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR DRIVERS SO THAT YOU KNOW WHERE THEY ARE COMFORTABLE DRIVING.

MONEY IS NOT MORE IMPORTANT THAN SOMEONE'S LIFE.
