Who else is following a 12 Week Year? 🤔🙋‍♀️

What even is a 12 Week Year??

It’s the throwing out of annualised thinking.
Of setting yourself 12 month goals that you struggle to achieve.
Of replacing with a new outlook that every 12 weeks is its OWN year.

It’s not your year broken down into 4 x 90 day quadrants. Each 90 days IS its own year where you set yourself goals that if achieved, have you on track for that long term goal you’ve set yourself 3-5 years down the road.

At the end of 90 days, you start again 😀

My 90 day goals (thanks for asking 😂), are:

1️⃣ Increased Engagement (by posting on social 5 days a week & going live 2x a week in my community)

2️⃣ 5kg weight loss (by going to the gym 5x a week)

3️⃣ As above (by cutting out pasta and fried food 6x a week)
