New pattern release! Argyreia (Genus name for Morning Glories, a pretty plant that wraps around) This design is the perfect stash buster! You can let your creative juices flow and you work your way through these simple texture patterns with slip stitch transition. Instead of adjusting stitch counts to accommodate different gauges, you change needle sizes. If you forget, no problem, you’ll have a lovely curvy edged wrap. Over-sized needles create a nice airy fabric without complicated lace stitches. An optional loop is created at the end of your scarf or wrap to make this easy to wear. Don’t want the loop? Just skip separating in the final section and bind off when it’s completed!
The size can be easily adjusted to suit your personal preference. You can use any weight yarn with slightly over-sized needles to create the same look.
The pattern uses suggested numbers for the scarf size and the wrap size. This is a free pattern and can be found here: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/argyreia
Time for a sale! Not a new pattern but a new look for an old one. You can find it in my Ravelry Astor’s link in bio.
What we do for our grandchildren! He’s 7 years old and getting into Minecraft. He live 1000 miles away so “try on as you go” doesn’t work. He REALLY didn’t want to send back the first version. The sleeves and neck didn’t bother him one bit and his mom said he wanted to wear it “ever day”. What’s a grandma to do?

Working on a new design and decided to make hats with the leftover yarn. I love this yarn!! 85% Suri/15% Merino, 3 ply, works up at a DK weight, and each skein is approximately 500 yds/7 oz!
