All of the growth charts that I sell are hand crafted and keep in mind that any item made from wood, being a product of nature, varies from one piece to the next. Items that are stained will have a different looking grain pattern and can also vary slightly in color. Don't consider these variations defects, but instead, one of a kinds. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Wood is a medium that warps, especially in our climate with the lack of humidity. When purchasing wood I try to get the flattest, straightest boards I can. If you receive a warped growth chart you can return it for exchange within 30 days of pick up, unless stated in the sale that is a warped board and it was sold for a discounted rate.
