“We are blessed” YES! I agree with my teacher Raji Thron So amazing to practice Yoga Synthesis Sunday morning While much has changed in the wellness and yoga world in the last 7-8 years since I left my what hasn’t changed is Raji’s Light ✨✨and the community him and .fitzgerald8 have spent their life creating. As one of the forefathers of north NJ yoga … it was heart warming to go hOMe 🏡 🧘♀️ and share space with such a wise being. Ran into some fellow yogis/teachers Jennifer Coan … everyone glowing because well, !! That’s why!! Yoga does keep you younger - the movement (use it or lose it) and the breath (oxygenate and detox those cells!!) Thank you for giving me the gift of yoga and pointing me to the Light 💡 Within so that I can share it with others who are ready to come out of the darkness

So fun 🤩 running into long time meditation client and friend David in Newport Beach on the rooftop of the Lido Hotel. He was in town from NYC visiting his daughter and I happened to be there for an office holiday party - at exactly the same time!! A beautiful and fun small world moment. ✨✨✨✨
