Our Story

Colorado Culture was started by a group of friends in 2014 because we all shared a mutual love for Colorado. Over the last 4 years since our inception we've had a hand in over 600 local events and concerts, and at one point boasted one of the largest street teams in the state of Colorado.

As much as our love for music grew and our brand started to solidify itself over this time, we always knew we needed to do more for the state as a whole. About 2 years ago we were tossing around ideas for products and ways to give back and The Culture Passport was born. I don't think any of us knew what it was back then, and it's changed 100 times since, but it was with that selfless thought in mind that the Passport started to form and take shape.

Over the course of the next 2 years we started working closely with non profits and state run organizations like the Colorado Tourism Office. Through this process we realized that there was a need to further progress outdoor education and highlight the local businesses that make Colorado what it is. We've seen countless businesses, online magazines, and even ourselves at times, recklessly promote our natural spaces without having a proper plan in place to deal with the increased traffic.

Our goal with The Culture Passport is to help facilitate that plan. To create something special for all of Colorado to enjoy that provides savings to the adventurer, advertising to the businesses, and opportunity for us to give back. We're here to help! It's that simple. We've already started to partner with some of the best culture based businesses here and plan to bring in many many more as time goes on.
