A day is all it took to make me fall headfirst in love with Paso Robles, California. 😎🍷🍇 ! The diversity and quality of the wines I have tasted so far are truly impressive, with each tasting offering a new delight.

🍇From the food to the wine, it’s been such a memorable experience. A visit to Vinyl Vineyards added a unique twist to the journey - blending music and wine in a breathtaking setting.

🚴‍♀️Cycling thought the vineyards with Vine Cycle tours provided a refreshing perspective on the landscape - and really allowed me to connect to the place.

🥂The white wines in particular have so far stood out with their exceptional character and refreshing flavour profiles.

Paso, you continue to surprise and impress me at every turn. 🤟🥂🍇🍷 Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings brings. Thank you for the invitation.

Tasting some of Chile’s most iconic wines. 🍷 Recently, I had the privilege of diving into a tasting of the legendary wines from the Berlin Tasting lineup in Toronto with none other than Eduardo Chadwick moderated by Christopher Waters. I explored both the latest and older vintages of Seña, Viñedo Chadwick, and KAI, most of which are now released at the SAQ and LCBO for all you fine wine lovers and collectors!

Today I had the please of tasting one of Chile’s 🇨🇱 most historic wineries, Viña Tarapaca. They are celebrating 150 years of winemaking, producing wines since 1874!

I had the pleasure of interviewing Sebastián Ruiz - winemaker of Tarapaca for over 30 years and we tasted through some delicious wines that are currently available at the SAQ. (Stay tuned for that soon on Unwined with Mandi on CJAD800. 📻)
