Troubleshoot hardware and/or software £30/hour (£10/hour concession)
Clean Windows reinstall £40 (£20 consession)
Hardware replacement £35 plus cost of parts (£10 consession plus cost of parts)
Sale of refurbished desktop PC £35 (Subject to availability and concession only)
Sale of refurbished laptop PC £45 (Subject to availability and concession only)
Consessions are available to individuals, who are claiming benefits (must show award letter as proof).
All is covered by aftercare support.
