Mains with a story...

When I met my hubbaé, we visited his home - in Limpopo
We attended a funeral where we ate shredded meat 🍖 called Tshotlho. I thought it a bright idea in serving meat that is ordinarily served on the bone.

Sometimes, you don't wanna be fighting a big bone on the table. So for "ease of use" we let our Shank fall of the bone & serve it ON the bone.
