Calling all riders who love the XCM discipline!

These are your goals to choose from for 2024. All XCM Series and Championships cater for riders from Youth category until Grand Master. Younger riders are encouraged to take part in XCM events for fun with adult supervision at all times.

The Western Cape XCM Cup series consists of 6 events, a riders’ top 4 scores will count towards
his total score, a rider must do a minimum of 3 events to be brought into consideration for a
top 3 position in the Western Cape Cup log.

A rider must complete in 3 WC XCM Cup events to qualify for Provincial colours at the WC XCM Championships.

We will host the Vines & Views MTB Classic Social Team Relay race on Thursday, 31 August 2023. Join us for a day of fun. And it is FREE!

VINES & VIEWS action starts already on Thursday 31 Aug 2023 with a voluntary, FREE social team relay race starting at 18:00.
Only team participation, 2 riders per team, no solo. The race will consist of 5 x 2km laps with riders interchanging after each lap. The course will be on easy, flat gravel roads through the vineyards of Kapel. A handicap system will be introduced.

This social race does not form part of the formal V&V race and is purely a fun-filled outing to kickstart the weekend’s festivities.
It has a strong focus on senior and female riders. We’ve secured wonderful prizes for this outing compliments of Vredendal Toyota so be sure not to miss this one. As usual, we’ll be stirring up some great vibes at Idma to kick off an unmatched weekend of entertainment.
