💜 JADE’S STORY 💜

I'm 31, married with two boys and a little girl on the way.

I never really knew what it was that I wanted to do. So when I left school I went straight into retail. At first it was great I loved the socialisation of it, but as the years went on I became more and more unhappy. After having my first son, I felt trapped in my job. Having low confidence and self-esteem, I couldn't see a way out. When I become pregnant with my second son my sister Gemma, who owns Hair Refined, suggested I do a blowdry course. So I did, this meant I could work in the salon doing the Blow dry’s. It snowballed from there as I done corse after corse on hair services.

I now run the wedding hair side of the business, Wedding Hair Refined. I specialise in special Occasions hair, as well as offering Blow drys and Hair Extensions.

I have been so lucky to have such an amazing support network. I really wouldn't have been able to do it without my sister Gemma, my Mum or my Husband. They truly have been amazing.
