SIXY CHICKEN MARINADES

WHAT TO DO:
1.Combine in a bowl
2.Place chicken and marinade a bag
3.Marinade in fridge for 2 hours
4.Bake for 25 min. @ 450 degrees for a 7oz breast

Below are a marinades, it makes one serving multifly each chicken breast you have.

Celantro Limes
1tbsp olive oil
1 lime
1 tsp honey
1 cup celantro leaves chopped
1glove garlic
Sea salt to taste

Coconut Curry
1/2cup full fat coconut milk
1tbsp curry paste
1tbsp curry powder
1 lime
Sea salt to taste

Jalapeno Lime marinade
Lime
1tbsp avocado oil
1-2 jalapeno cut
Sea salt to taste

Lemon Ginger
1tbsp olive oil
1 lemon
1/8tsp red pepper flakes
1tbsp ginger minched
Sea salt to taste
