This is Bobby Riddick hard at work installing the new freezer at the Torched Apron in IREB building. We appreciate all that you do!

The RES building has a new transformer! Oncor installed a new transformer that serves the RES building late Sunday night January 21st. A huge thank you to the Facilities Team for working through the night to get this done!!

Attached are some photos of the progress of the canopy framing the contractor is erecting at EAD SE Entrance. Very excited for EAD building!

More photos on the sidewalk concrete placement at EAD SE Entry level 2. The contractor will be installing the structural steel columns and frame work next week while we are off for a canopy. It should look a lot different when we return from the Christmas break on 1/2/24.

Volunteers from UNTHSC celebrate great teamwork after helping to set up the annual event and joint venture Remote Area Medical Clinic that was held at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary on November 4th and 5th. This event provided free medical, dental and vision care as well as other resources to everyone who came. Three hundred and seventy seven people were treated over a two-day span. The picture depicts the volunteers celebrating after completing the set up for dental services. Pictured from left to right are Jerry Emerson (Office of Culture and Experience), Rob Tong (Facilities Services), Jimmy Reed (Facilities Services), Karl Skaar (Central Services), David Lipe (Facilities Services). Not picture from Facilities Services are Seth Willmoth and Shane Ludwig. Many thanks to all of the other contributors, countless volunteers and health care workers who helped to make this event a huge success!!

Service Expo is happening now until 1pm in the MET! We have free food and giveaways!

John Durr electrical foreman suits up before bringing SSC back online. Our utility provider had to perform emergency repairs yesterday. Thank you John for coming in at 10:30 pm last night to make sure the building was up and running for today. We appreciate all that you do!!

We'd like to welcome Kassi Tate to the Facilities family! She is our new Design Manager and will help with furniture, furnishings, and more. She is native to this area, graduated from UNT, and used to do barrel racing! Welcome, Kassi!!
