âI was asked in an interview before my last fight who my toughest opponent has been. My response was.... Me. I deal with my mental struggles daily and some days itâs hard to get out of bed. Iâve been like this since a young age and for me to be here, where I am now, is crazy. Every day I just put one foot in front of the other and live my life hour by hour and all of a sudden Iâm 33.
The only person that can beat me is me.â

No matter who you are, depression can affect you.
After sustaining several serious injuries in his first year of college, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson experienced his "first of three depressions."
âI didn't know what it was, I didn't know why I didn't want to do anything. I had never experienced anything like that."
With depression, one of the most important things you could realise is that you're not alone.
There are several different types of depression disorders and you are not alone.

No matter how big or small the goal is, it is important to set them, stay focused on them and work hard toward them.
Setting goals can also be an important step in the recovery from mental illness. Common disorders like depression or anxiety can make it hard to function at work or home, or relate to others.
