I’m currently assisting someone with chronic eczema. It’s only been about four weeks since we started her regimen and she’s already seeing more positive results than she’s experienced over the course of two years with her primary care physician.

When she came to me, she had already tried all the steroid creams and antihistamines. Her breakouts were incredibly painful, itchy and left her feeling embarrassed.

Her doctor didn’t give her any type of personalized care. She explained to me that he just looked, confirmed it was in fact eczema and prescribed one topical ointment after the other. He never asked her about her diet, skin care regimen or anything that could potentially cause a flare up.

I’ve gotten my feet wet with assorted veggie boxes at the pick-up station every now and then. I’m wondering if you guys would like them on a more permanent-weekly basis?

Contents and varieties would vary and change with the seasons but will consist of local and organic veggies, herbs and fruit. About 5-6 varieties of each.

Price point $30 per box. $35 with a fresh loaf of sourdough bread.

I wouldn’t be able to offer delivery on these boxes however I can make them available for pick-up not only at the station in St.Lucie but Miami Gardens as well.

Yarrow and I wake up with the sun. We feed our Sourdough Starter, check our ferments and head outside to the garden. We step out on the front deck and wave “Hello World”. We’re always just in time to listen to the birds sing their songs, get a glimpse of the wild rabbits and Sandhill Cranes. If we’re lucky enough, we might see Mr. Bobcat before he goes back into hiding for the day. We water our plants before the heat of the day kicks in, prune, scope for pests and harvest whatever ripened since we last checked.

Today we grabbed our list and started preparing for the drive down to Miami Gardens. We’re bringing seeds, seedlings, starter plants and special blends of our organic soil for your summer gardens. We’ll also be packing your fresh loaves of Sourdough Bread.

When you put your hands in the soil to put down your plants and seeds or take a bite of freshly baked bread, I hope you feel all the love and intention that goes into it.
