Hey everyone. Lots of storms across the region last night and this morning. We’ve been without power all night and they just got the cell tower back up. If your PCA church has external needs please text me as text seems to be working now. We are under another warning now but hopefully this is the last one.

This video about the Rainsville EF5 tornado of April 27, 2011 is very nicely produced. There is video footage here that I haven't seen before. When I share about that day I often talk of the strength of this tornado and how it literally sucked the asphalt out of the ground. This video confirms that and talks about where that happened. Thanks to TornadoTRX for putting this together. Check it out to learn more about the destruction we were dealing with in the 16 months following the storm. And this was just one of many tornadoes that impacted our area that day.
