Once again, being at the ranch brings back all of the memories 🥹

I love being in the arena, but I love just as much being on the outside capturing some pretty cool pics of the cowgirls and cowboys. J Bar W Ranch will hold a place in my heart. And who knows, maybe one day my girls will be in there doing what I once loved ❤️

I’m not sure about some other fellow photogs, but there seems to come a time when you feel like you’re not producing the work you want to. You feel like you’re in a rut. And then along comes a session that brings it all back and makes you not think twice about your work. And this session did just that for me! The family, the light, the location, all just perfect!!

And it makes it even better that the family is one of my childhood besties (and the best lash girl in the game!) on her families farm. Truly blown away by Aubs beauty! Stay tuned for the reel of the many faces of Chesney! 😆

I am still at a complete loss for words over the entire weekend honoring Wyatt. As he was being laid to rest, a small little rainbow appeared out of no where. And everyone instantly knew it was him. Literal chills took over my body.

I am overwhelmed with emotions and gratitude to have been apart of and to experience the love so many people have for Wyatt. I’m so glad myself and Ashley Marie Photography were able to capture so many memories from the weekend.

Spent my evening with this beautiful family on their gorgeous farm. Nicole Stambaugh and I go way back (to Elmer Wolfe sock hop days). I may have to bust that video out again real soon 🤣 It’s quite crazy that we both have kids all the same ages and are all growing up at the same school we did. We may have shivered a bit this evening but man was it worth it 🥰
