35ml Gin -
15ml Amaro Chiaro - Woods Spirit Co.
15ml Peach Schnapps -
20ml Lime
10ml Simple Syrup
Egg White
Topped with Soda

Wasabi? Wasabi in a cocktail? Cocktail Vision] surprises us again with this spicy infused cocktail. It certainly looks interesting and we would love to try one! What about you?

Recipe: Wasabi
2 oz Wasabi Pea Infused Gin
1/4 oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz Matcha Tea, cooled
3/4 oz Meyer Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Ginger Syrup
1/4 barspoon Egg White Powder Cocktail Vision]
3 dashes Celery Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake to lift the egg whites. Add five ice cubes and shake again till all the ice is melted. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a wasabi pea and Mint Sugar Crystals

Check out this suave pink gin cocktail from made with oriental spiced and crushed lychees, plus Cointreau, lemon juice, pink peppercorn syrup from Monin and an egg white, all dry shaken and shaken then poured in a globe glass and topped with Prosecco rosé and a dash of Russchian soda.
