Happy Anniversary to my lovely man - 30 years today since we married - 33 years since we met! 💚

As someone said earlier today - he’s done well to put up with me as long as this😂

We celebrated with a gorjuss meal at Sat Bains - lunch at the kitchen table - divine food. And we’ll celebrate more next month in the US of A!🇺🇸

Summer Solstice swim🏊‍♀️ and beach day 🏖️

Lunch at - divine as always 🥙🥗🌮 - what a fab fortnight with friends who are really family 💚

Sad to be leaving Cornwall but it’s only leaving for now - we’ll be back 💚

Glorious beach day today - started with a magnificent breakfast at the - highly recommended guys!

Then a day of swimming, reading and basically being really lazy - just what a beach day is all about 🏖️

Only issue was me getting tar stuck to my big toe - who knew that was a thing at the beach? Took some research getting it off again. Guess what worked……

Glorious day - warm enough for swimming 🏊 - fab to be back in the sea 🌊

Have felt so rotten recently but being here has made such a difference. Breathing easier, coughing less and not so hoarse - loving feeling better 😃

Might not be the same weather we had last year but we’ve been so lucky with only 1 wet day - more lovely warmth expected for the next few days ☀️

Lunch with a view 👁️ - cannot recommend this place enough - divine spa 🛁 - the most delicious lunch 🥗 and my favourite - a fresh water swim for us both! 🏊

Makes a huge difference having mini products and the mini (10ml) serums are a wonderful addition to the Tropic range.

Twas the night before Leaders!

Wonderful meal with and some of her Leaders and Execs. We ate and laughed - great night altogether 🍲 🤣👭 Fab service from Chris as well as great comedy 😅

Wish I’d managed to get a photo back at the hotel when we had more shenanigans in the lift - my belly is now sore from laughing - and I’ve not even had a drink!🥃

Looking forward to being inspired tomorrow by Susie and Carlton - and seeing what exciting new and updated products are coming our way 😍

So what did I use?

*Started with a cleanse, tone, some Rainforest Dew for extra hydration and our Skin Feast moisturiser
* For the base on her left side I used light/medium tinted skin shade with some Soft Focus on top to mattify the look - on the right I used Beauty Booster and mineral foundation in Shade 3
*Shade 2 Illuma concealer under the eyes
* Eyebrows - cedar brow boss
* Watm Brown eye liner
*Oatmeal and Kahai eye shadows
*Sahara to sculpt, Sunkissed Orchid blush and Afterglow highlighter
*Brown mascara with lash extensions
*Go Go Goji lipstick to finish!

While walking the dogs this morning I needed a ‘wild wee’ - some that happens regularly when you have a 61 year old bladder and do long dog walks!

🍃 to my horror I picked the wrong place to crouch with a bare arse - a bloomin hidden nettle patch 🍃

Needless to say my last mile home was a tad uncomfortable 😳 in a very sensitive part of my anatomy ⬇️

So home, shower and a liberal application of Tamanu Cream - I cannot describe the bliss of comfort that I am continuing to be blessed with.

So lesson 1 - be careful where you wild wee and lesson 2 - never be without a pot of Tamanu - whether that be balm or cream - it really is a household life saver for stings, burns, bites, stretch marks, spots - everything really 🙏

12.5°c did feel a little cooler than usual - but the rain stayed off and the sun tried to come out!
