Bare Necessity

This Saturday, January 13, Bare Necessity will be in full PARTY-MODE as we celebrate another successful “trip around the sun” for our very own Shawna Cole.

It’ll be another great night of live music and mayhem.

We will be at Hugh & Jeff’s in League City. Shawna’s “home away from home”.

Show starts at 9 until they kick us out.

Hey folks! Guess what this coming Saturday is? It’s our very own Shawna Cole’s Birthday and we are going to throw down at Hugh and Jeff’s in League City!!! This will be an all out celebration and it starts at 9:00 but get there early to claim a good spot to see the show. There might be cake!

As we vault into 2024, the Bare Necessity Band enters into its 21st year with 1,683 followers and counting. We want to give our deepest thanks to all of our fans that we have had the privilege to play for. The coming year is looking fantastic for the band and we look forward to rocking your world for another year and beyond.
We also want to thank all of the great venues that have allowed us to entertain at their establishments during the past year.

To those that attended the NYE show at Hugh and Jeff’s last night thank you so, so much! It was great bringing in the new year with everybody. And the bar staff did a great job as usual!
We will be back at Hugh and Jeff’s for Shawna’s Big Birthday Bash in 2 weeks. It’s gonna be a blast!!!

We are only a few days away now. We are definitely looking forward to partying with all of our friends at Hugh & Jeff’s. It is going to be an absolute blast.

We are counting down the days and hours to the new year and can’t wait to take the stage at Hugh and Jeff’s this coming Sunday for their big New Years Eve Bash. We have a few surprises in store for y’all so you won’t want to miss out!
There’s no cover and we take the stage at 9:00. Expect a champagne toast at midnight.

Thank you 1877 on the Strand. What a fabulous show last night. And thanks to all of our fans who came to rock out with us. Also a huge thanks to Donny and Juliana Galvan and Misty Smith and the the bar crew for taking great care of us and the ample crowd. It was the biggest party on the Strand!

Tomorrow night we will be rocking the Dickens festival in Galveston at 1877 on the Strand. Come see Misty and her great team waiting to serve you. Tell her we sent you! We’ll make ya dance and holler! We take the stage at 9.

What could be better than the combination of 1877 on the Strand and Dickens on the Strand you ask? How about a Bare Necessity Band show right in the middle of it!! Get your best Victorian or Steampunk garb on and come on down to 1877 on the Strand on Saturday, December 2nd. We take the stage at 9:00!

What a great time we had at Waterman’s last night. A huge thank you for everyone who came out and to Anastasia and her bar staff who took great care of us and the crowd. Thanks also to Shawn Porche who supports us and keeps us booked there. Looking forward to 2024!!
