ACTS 26:1-23

The story starts in Acts 25. Paul was being tried for preaching of Jesus Christ. Men contrary to the gospel had him arrested and arraigned before the Roman court. Witnessing puts your life at risk. The guards on Jesus Christ’s tomb had been there to make sure if Jesus Christ resurrected, they would kill Him. The church authorities gave them large sums of money to say Jesus Christ’s body had been stolen by his disciples. They witnessed this lie. Witnessing the truth is powerful.

Paul stood up in court to give his testimony. Your own testimony is very strong. Paul was well known including his period as a Pharisee chasing after Christians. He was once a great persecutor of Christians. Jesus Christ is after those who were contrary to His message as well. Paul testified that he was authorized to go and bring Christians for trial. He met Christ on his way to Damascus. We all met Him somewhere. No one has ever come in righteousness to salvation.

Paul was giving his testimony before King Agrippa, Festus and Bernice. For you to give your life to Jesus Christ there was something He had done to you. Christ did everything so that you can be His witness. When you go out don’t preach your church. Jesus Christ requires sinners to come to Him. Preach Jesus Christ. We were made witnesses of Him. Just tell someone what Jesus Christ did for you.

There are signs that God has given in our lives. Paul says he did not refuse this sign. Give a testimony to bring someone from darkness into a marvellous light. Jesus Christ should not be concerned on who will go into the city because those He made witnesses are silent. There is no better testimony than what you have when Jesus Christ is in it. Because of preaching about Jesus Christ Paul was almost killed by his fellow Jews. He did not fear preaching Jesus Christ in whom he believed.

God stood with Paul everywhere he went. He protects those who witness on behalf of Him. Jews tried to kill his testimony. God stood with him. The Jews and Pharisees tried to kill Lazarus after he had been resurrected because he was testifying for Jesus Christ. You are a full testimony for Christ. He will protect you. May God fight for you in your battles as you continue to testify for Christ. The devil is after killing our testimonies. May God grant you the protection to overflow.

MATTHEW 28:2-10

2. Suddenly there was a great earthquake! For an angel of the LORD came down from heaven, rolled aside the stone, and sat on it. 3. His face shone like lightning, and his clothing was as white as snow. 4 The guards shook with fear when they saw him, and they fell into a dead faint. 5 Then the angel spoke to the women. “Don’t be afraid!” he said. “I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. 6 He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead, just as He said would happen. Come, see where His body was lying. 7 And now, go quickly and tell His disciples that He has risen from the dead, and He is going ahead of you to Galilee. You will see Him there. Remember what I have told you.” 8 The women ran quickly from the tomb. They were very frightened but also filled with great joy, and they rushed to give the disciples the angel’s message. 9 And as they went, Jesus met them and greeted them. And they ran to Him, grasped His feet, and worshiped Him. 10 Then Jesus said to them, “Don’t be afraid! Go tell my brothers to leave for Galilee, and they will see me there.”
A testimony is about what you heard and saw. The guards saw and heard a great earthquake when Jesus Christ rose. Jesus Christ is interested in a meeting point with us. When you converted to Christ, you did well. Now go and meet Him as you witness. Those who went to Galilee saw while those who did not go saw nothing. Peter and another disciple heard and ran to the tomb. The other disciple overtook Peter who had started first.

Those who went saw manifestations. You meet with Jesus Christ in going to witness. You may testify about Jesus Christ but to see Him go and witness. The women who went to the tomb met Him. He is waiting to show Himself to those who are working in His ministry. That is why He instructed his disciples not to worry about what to carry with them. If you can’t see Jesus, get busy in His work. One day I went to work. I was broke. I didn’t know what would happen. I was asked to throw away an empty roll of tissues. Inside it was USD $10. Was no one seeing the empty roll all along?

The disciples going to Emmaus were talking about Him when He appeared amongst them. The women who did not go to the tomb did not see or hear anything. Those who move around encouraging other saints door to door will meet Him. You may be lacking things which are stored somewhere while God waits for you to work for Him. God gives riches hidden in darkness. When the word is taken to action Jesus Christ will show Himself with fruit.

WITNESSING

Witnessing is a powerful weapon to overcome the devil. You might have witnessed before. You need to revisit witnessing again as obedient people. We are demolishing altars that are causing people to remain mum on witnessing.

ACTS 1:8

8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Everyone that has received Jesus Christ as their Saviour has been given power to witness. If you are contrary to witnessing, having no testimony about Jesus Christ, you have to rebuild and raise the witnessing altar. A witness is a person that attests to the happening of an event. Women are highly favoured to be made witnesses of Jesus Christ who came to save the world. He came He died, He was resurrected and He is alive.

There are people who have heard about and seen Jesus Christ but remain silent in witnessing about Him. Guards who guarded the tomb had to be bribed to bear false witness that His disciples had stolen His body. Are you a true or false witness? If asked to explain what happened some people say they were lucky. There is no luck in Christianity. Jesus Christ happened. Legion met Jesus Christ. He realized he was undressed and dirty.

JOHN 4:28-30

28 The woman left her water jar beside the well and ran back to the village, telling everyone, 29 “Come and see a man who told me everything I ever did! Could He possibly be the Messiah?” 30 So the people came streaming from the village to see Him.

Apostle Paul did not walk with Jesus Christ. He became a great witness of Jesus Christ. True witnessing is declaring war against the devil, the father of all lies.

REVELATION 12:11

And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die.

We have a testimony. We overcome him by the blood of Jesus Christ.Revelations 12 says there was a woman who was pregnant. There was a war between the dragon and a pregnant woman. Michael the archangel had to rescue both the woman and her baby and place her in a desert. The dragon wanted to destroy both mother and baby. The dragon and a third of the angels were hauled to earth. The woman stands for the church. The church is the bride of Jesus Christ. In our war we stand at a victory point because of the blood of Jesus Christ shed on Calvary.

We have an altar at Calvary. Isaiah 59:20 (b) (NKJV) says, When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him. We stand upon the blood of Jesus Christ as we declare victory. John 4 talks of the Samaritan woman at the well. Jesus Christ knew about her even when he asked her for water. Jesus Christ did not need water. He was being spiritual. Our testimony is about Jesus Christ. When someone preaches about I, I, with no Jesus Christ, whose witness are you? We talk about what we heard and saw. Women are powerful witnesses. Women speak a lot in detail which means they can be witnesses of Jesus Christ. Being talkative should be an advantage to the Kingdom of God.

If you ask me how may journey transpired I will give full details. I fail to give a short summary. I had a granny who would give details about what she had done where she had gone. Women are good evangelists. Witnessing should be a weakness to the glory and advantage of the kingdom of God. You have a testimony of Jesus Christ through the blood of Jesus Christ.

LUKE 8:1-2

1. Soon afterward Jesus began a tour of the nearby towns and villages, preaching and announcing the Good News about the Kingdom of God. He took his twelve disciples with him, 2 along with some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases. Among them were Mary Magdalene, from whom he had cast out seven demons;

Hebrews 12:24 says, You have come to Jesus, the one who mediates the new covenant between God and people, and to the sprinkled blood, which speaks of forgiveness instead of crying out for vengeance like the blood of Abel. My granny and others have passed away yet Jesus Christ is still alive. Someone survives an accident miraculously but remain silent about it. Let’s be witnesses of Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit that we received. The blood of Jesus Christ is still speaking better things than the blood of Abel. Women have work to do in witnessing and winning souls to Jesus Christ. Some women had their barrenness cancelled yet they remain silent.

Judges 5:7 In-Context says, Villagers in Israel would not fight; they held back until I, Deborah, arose, until I arose, a mother in Israel. Women, including men have to rise and stand up for Jesus Christ. Many women ministered to Jesus Christ by their substances. Mary Magdalene and her fellow women did not tire in the ministry of Jesus Christ. She was there even at His death and when He resurrected. Mothers are important. A child that is orphaned of its mother is pitiful. If a mother moves away for a short time she will come back to disorder. Women are people of details.

When the Samaritan woman realized who Jesus Christ was she went and gave her testimony to the city which brought many to hear Jesus Christ. Many souls received Jesus Christ because of this woman’s testimony.

Let everything you do glorify God. Ana the prophetess worked in the temple. She was only married for seven years in her lifetime. We are a spiritual being. You are ordained and commissioned to be a witness of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Samaritan woman left her water pot going into the city. Leave what you are doing and run with your testimony. A testimony should humble you.

At school/college, do they know you are a Christian? At your workplace do they know that you are a Christian? Paul says in Romans 1:16 New Living Translation, For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile. 1 Timothy 5 says1 Timothy 5:5-6 says, 5. The real widow, who is all alone, has set her hope on God and continues in supplications and prayers night and day. 6. But the one who is self-indulgent is dead while she lives. the widow that likes pleasure. Let us fulfil our assignment by giving glory to God. There are people who like to glorify themselves forgetting that intelligence comes from God. One of our best A-level students failed to write when they fell ill. The devil is after our children. When you are busy carrying your testimony of Jesus Christ and praying for others God will be busy looking after your own.

Do not be silent. Matthew 11:12 Berean Standard Bible says, From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been subject to violence, and the violent lay claim to it. Cover your children in the blood of Jesus Christ. We are at war with the devil. Witnessing and bring souls to Jesus Christ’s war.

MARK 15:40-41

40 Some women were there, watching from a distance, including Mary Magdalene, Mary (the mother of James the younger and of Joseph), and Salome. 41 They had been followers of Jesus and had cared for Him while he was in Galilee. Many other women who had come with Him to Jerusalem were also there.

MARK 16:2-7
2 Very early on Sunday morning, just at sunrise, they went to the tomb. 3 On the way they were asking each other, “Who will roll away the stone for us from the entrance to the tomb?” 4 But as they arrived, they looked up and saw that the stone, which was very large, had already been rolled aside. 5 When they entered the tomb, they saw a young man clothed in a white robe sitting on the right side. The women were shocked, 6 but the angel said, “Don’t be alarmed. You are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead! Look, this is where they laid His body. 7 Now go and tell His disciples, including Peter, that Jesus is going ahead of you to Galilee. You will see Him there, just as He told you before he died.”

MARK 16:9-10

9 After Jesus rose from the dead early on Sunday morning, the first person who saw Him was Mary Magdalene, the woman from whom He had cast out seven demons. 10 She went to the disciples, who were grieving and weeping, and told them what had happened.

Women did not give up on Jesus Christ but followed Him from Galilee up to His death and resurrection and were the first people to witness about His resurrection. They were there for Jesus during His ministry, on his death and burial. They were the first to visit the grave on resurrection day. They met an angel who told them that Jesus Christ had gone ahead to Galilee. After His resurrection, Jesus first appeared to Mary Magdalene who went to witness to His disciples that He was alive. Let us be a witness to Jesus Christ. Women are blessed as per Proverbs 31. Let us stand up and do our witnessing. At times your character causes you to fail to witness Jesus Christ. Maybe people know you in another version. Does your life testify about Jesus Christ?

WITNESSING

SCRIPTURES BASED ON ESV VERSION

It must not be a hard task to witness. It should be effortless. Witnessing is a great task which requires no qualifications. There is no Mathematics teacher who goes to teach Biology. You witness what you know. In witnessing there is a very special Person that you should have. You ought to want to have Him with us. For witnessing to be effective we need the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

1. To witness you must be a changed person.

Whatever your background to witness you must have been transformed to the new person in Christ. You cannot witness from your previous and current sinful attitude. To witness you must have the urge to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

1 SAMUEL 10:1-6

1 Then Samuel took a flask of oil and poured it on his head and kissed him and said, “Has not the LORD anointed you to be prince over his people Israel? And you shall reign over the people of the LORD and you will save them from the hand of their surrounding enemies. And this shall be the sign to you that the LORD has anointed you to be prince over His heritage. 2 When you depart from me today, you will meet two men by Rachel’s tomb in the territory of Benjamin at Zelzah, and they will say to you, ‘The donkeys that you went to seek are found, and now your father has ceased to care about the donkeys and is anxious about you, saying, “What shall I do about my son?” ’ 3 Then you shall go on from there farther and come to the oak of Tabor. Three men going up to God at Bethel will meet you there, one carrying three young goats, another carrying three loaves of bread, and another carrying a skin of wine. 4 And they will greet you and give you two loaves of bread, which you shall accept from their hand. 5 After that you shall come to Gibeath-elohim, where there is a garrison of the Philistines. And there, as soon as you come to the city, you will meet a group of prophets coming down from the high place with harp, tambourine, flute, and lyre before them, prophesying. 6 Then the Spirit of the LORD will rush upon you, and you will prophesy with them and be turned into another man.

This is the story of Saul being prophesied by Samuel. Saul was made king after the request of the people of Israel. Donkeys belonging to Kish had gone missing which Saul his son was seeking. He was anointed by Samuel. What changed Saul was not only the anointing. He had to go and be transformed. To be effective as a witness you need transformation of the Holy Spirit. In our sinful days there were histories people knew. People should be able to see the change and love your God.

Isaiah 10:27 says, And it shall come to pass that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his joke off from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing What breaks you up is nothing but the Holy Spirit. People have clothes set aside for different occasions. What makes you a different person is the presence of the Holy Spirit in your life. After being anointed by a man, Saul was instructed to be anointed by the Holy Spirit.

Whatever talent you have cannot be used to serve God unless you become a new person. There are people who hold high their totems. You cannot be effective in that mentality. There are certain things from our backgrounds which attached themselves to us good or bad. These can neutralize the witnessing we need to do. Desire to be someone different. You should be able to tell people you are a different person. Some people are known in their neighbourhood by being stingy. Let the Holy Spirit convert you to be a liberal giver instead. The Holy Spirit will teach you.

2. You need the anointing of the Holy Spirit so that He teaches you.

1 JOHN 2:47

27 But the anointing that you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as His anointing teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie—just as it has taught you, abide in Him.

This is for the church that you desire the anointing if you did not have one. It stays with you wherever you are at home or the community. You are a Christian always because the anointing stays in you. The pastors do not need to have a list of items to make you a Christian. The anointing makes you answer a harsh rebuke with love and kindness. We do not come from the carnal world into the church and remain the same.

3. You need the anointing of the Holy Spirit for empowerment.

ACTS 1:8

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.

You need the anointing of the Holy Spirit to be empowered for witness. Without Him there is no effectiveness. No matter how effective you are, to minister you need the Holy Spirit in you. John 1:12 says, But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name: You were given the power to become a child of God and conquer everything contrary to Jesus Christ. Witnessing requires more powerful prayers than God bless our food, Amen.

Witnessing requires power from God that can make someone you talk to, listen and be obedient to the powers of heaven. Your Jerusalem is your locality as a witness. Judea is going outside your community. You need to be a powerful witness. I desire that we thirst for the Holy Spirit.

WORSHIPPING THE LORD IN SPIRIT & TRUTH

JOHN 4:23-24

23 But a time is coming—and now is here—when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father seeks such people to be His worshipers. 24 God is spirit, and the people who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

1 PETER 2:2

2 And yearn like newborn infants for pure, spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up to salvation,

The Samaritan woman knew the religious systems without the Holy Spirit. God is spirit. We need to worship Him in the spirit as well. Our worship is useless if we do not worship Him through the Holy Spirit. At creation God had to breathe into man. Man became alive. Without the Holy Spirit you are dead. At birth Jesus Christ had Joseph as his earthly father only. He was conceived through the Holy Spirit. The Bible was God breathed. It is not a mere word. If the Bible is full of the Holy Spirit we should earnestly wish that the Holy Spirit fill us up.

The Holy Spirit is a spirit of truth. In Him there is no deceit. In Him there is salvation, healing and redemption. John 8:36 NIV says, So if the Son sets you are free, you are free indeed. The word of God is our spiritual milk. Desire the word like milk. In us the Holy Spirit teaches us to say No to ungodliness. He is there to quicken you and make you aware of God’s will. The spiritual makes you grow spiritually. 1 Peter 1:15 ESV says, but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct. The holiness of the word stays in us. Without the Holy Spirit you have freedom of speech including bad speech and you end up in religion doing as we please.

Before Jesus Christ the Holy Spirit came and went according to situations. Now He is always with us. If you are not serious or consistent you will not receive the Holy Spirit. If we thirst for righteousness, the Holy Spirit will fill you. Moses refused to go anywhere without Him. Acts 1:8 says, But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”. We do not become witnesses because we read the Bible. John 1:12 BSB says, But to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God -

We were not given physical power but spiritual one. When the truth is in us we will be empowered to speak the word of God. The Sadducees and Pharisees thought they were crucifying just an ordinary person on Calvary. Without the Holy Spirit the depth of Christ will not be in us. We will take things casually. The milk we are talking of is spiritual of the word of God. Some have turned it into the physical. Without the spirit of discernment you cannot tell if the true word is being taught. The Holy Spirit will reveal the secrets of the word of God.

Romans 8:1 KJV says, There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. What makes you to stumble shows the level of your spiritual growth. Some people stop coming to church for different reasons including what someone said. When someone fails to greet you, you leave the church. Paul says, in Romans 8:35 KJV, Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulations, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? Is it going up/down or depth which shall separate us? If you have the Holy Spirit you cannot be separated from God. The Holy Spirit makes you mature. He gives you courage.

EPHESIANS 6:16-17

16 and in all of this, by taking up the shield of faith with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit (which is the word of God).

The word of God and His Spirit go hand in hand. A helmet is worn on the head for protection. Without the head there is nothing. When the devil wants to attack a person, he attacks the head. When the mind of Christ is in you He will tell you to do good even in tough times. Put on the helmet of salvation. All drug addicts started with the head. To receive salvation starts with the head. Let the head wear the word of God.

The word of God penetrated deep into my heart. I used to resist it. There was a friend who used to ask me to go to church. I taunted him for wearing red trousers. When the word was preached one day I was the first to get to the altar before the call was given. I became a Christian who did not need follow up. I used to tell my wife that I would eat after church if food was slow to be prepared. The Holy Spirit had penetrated deep inside me. To stop smoking does not require sweets but the Holy Spirit. Drunkenness or prostitution will stop when the Holy Spirit enters your heart. When things are tough give them over to the Holy Spirit who can do all things quietly.

HEBREWS 4:12-13

12 For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any double-edged sword, piercing even to the point of dividing soul from spirit, and joints from marrow; it is able to judge the desires and thoughts of the heart. 13 And no creature is hidden from God, but everything is naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must render an account.

The Holy Spirit has power to do everything. If we pray for someone in South Africa the Holy Spirit will heal that particular person. When you have a good relationship with Him the Holy Spirit will do what you request wherever that request is. He is everywhere. That is why we worship Him in truth and in spirit. There is nothing hidden from Him. Whatever you say God can reveal secrets through the Holy Spirit. When we are worshipping do it as unto the Lord.

2 Samuel 6:14 AMPC says, And David danced before the Lord with all his might, clad in a linen ephod (a priest’s upper garment). You need to be serious when you are doing things for the Lord your God. The Holy Spirit can make someone give an extra mile according to the revelation which will be upon them. The Holy Spirit speaks to people individually. He can even speak to a husband without the wife knowing or saying something different to the wife. When you hear the Holy Spirit take action there and then so that the works of the spirit can be seen.

The Holy Spirit chooses holy vessels to work in. He does not use dirty hearts. He does not choose where you come from as long as you are willing to receive Him. A baby that feeds well on mother’s milk grows strong. There are spirits that’s why people seek to be assisted. The Holy Spirit never said it will assist us in those ways, kushandira.

JOEL 2: 28

After this, I will pour out my Spirit on all kinds of people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, and your young men will see visions.

The children of Israel were having issues with locusts. The Holy Spirit gave them hope. When we see His manifestation through visions. We should not be short sighted about the work of the Lord. We must come to Him with our dreams. God is ready to fill you with the power of the Holy Spirit. He is ready to use you for evangelism and any other task in church. Walk in the spirit. The Samaritan woman knew worship. She was a woman with six husbands. You can know things in church but without the Holy Spirit we are lost. Let us pray for enablement with the Holy Spirit so that we know Jesus Christ and the power that resides in Him.

WE DRANK FROM THE SAME SPIRIT

1 CORINTHIANS 12:12-26

We are the body of Jesus Christ. An instrument speaker has a body the same with a body of people who have received and accepted Jesus Christ. For us to move and understand our body, we need the Holy Spirit. Every member of us is part of the body of Jesus Christ. Each part has something to do in the body. Every part should do what makes the whole body work well. If I miss my nose I am crippled. Before the birth of Jesus Christ, the Gentiles and Jews were separate. The Gentiles were taken as cursed and unable to come into the kingdom of God.

Jesus Christ removed all these differences. In Moses’ time there was a bronze snake raised for those who had been bitten by poisonous snakes. We are in the New Testament. We do not look at the bronze snake now. The Old Testament was a shadow of things to come. The bronze snake was on a wooden post. Jesus Christ died on the cross hung on a tree. In Jesus Christ there is the Holy Spirit and God the Father. We have drunk from the same spirit as Christians. The body of Christ encompasses many tribes and cultures accommodated together as one.

There are duties we were given. If you are a singer and you don’t apply your gift you are confused. If you refuse to function in the body of Christ you are irrelevant. Every part of the body should work together. If the leg/eye is hurting, the whole body feels it. Christians should have one thing in common which is the work of the Lord God. There is no I in Christ, there is we. In our culture we say, we are of the same blood. Our unity is in Jesus Christ and the baptism of the same Holy Spirit who resides inside us. When you don’t bathe, you feel tired. When you do bathe, you feel fresh.

Whatever hurts affects the other members of the body. A body of Christ has no division, neither does one part look down on another. When you work in the house of God you feel satisfied except if you drank from your own well. Division comes from people who did not drink from the same spirit. At Calvary, Jesus Christ died for everyone high and low. In witnessing or testifying we don’t select. Drinking from the same spirit means all functions should be well coordinated.

Anyone without the Spirit of God is selfish. They only deal with themselves. We were given the spirit of the Father. Christ Jesus had a humble spirit. If you want to go somewhere and the legs refuse, there is no headway. The body is not functioning well. If we cooperate the church grows well. No part of the body should strike. That will make the body crippled. Church should have people who cooperate well together. A church should not operate like a soccer team or burial society. Many soccer teams have lost their games because of lack of cohesion for the soccer players.

A united church no matter how few they are can do great accomplishments. God plants parts as He wills in order for us to accomplish the work He wants. God could have made you the child of anyone yet He made you the person you are in your family. There are people who wish they had been born in other families. Your family is the correct and worthy one. Even an ant knows there is sugar somewhere. If the ant’s legs refused to function there would be no progress. We do not wait to function when we want. We function because we are a body that drank from the same spirit. We do the will of the Father.

In Hymns & Praise do what drives the church into the spirit of God. We have different functions within the church starting from greeting visitors and members equally. If baptised in Christ we know that more souls should come in. We do not need to be told that. What made the first church to grow will make ours grow too if you know the reason. The church of God is living not dead. Respecting or honouring one another is in the word of God. There is no weak part in the house. That is why we observe that others have missed church. They should all benefit. We should follow up on those because they are important.

A soul is important to God. Whatever we do for the Lord gives Him glory and pleasure. It does not go to individuals. We do it to honour and glorify God. When God is glorified the church will be uplifted.

COLOSIANS 3:10-14

We were renewed in the spirit in order to function well as a body of Christ. Let us not take what we used to do in the carnal world into the church. God is not worshipped by those that do not know Him. Let us worship Him as ones who know Him. Renewal means you are super. You are powerful. There is no division for those that are in Jesus Christ. Let the church accommodate everyone since there is no Jew or Greek but one body. We must exhibit both love and forgiveness. The nose cannot hate the mouth.

GALATIANS 3:28-29

28. There is [now no distinction] neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is not male [b]and female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29. And if you belong to Christ [are in Him Who is Abraham's Seed], then you are Abraham's offspring and [spiritual] heirs according to promise.

As we move in the spirit of God we must move in the unity of Jesus Christ. Some people get tired of doing certain tasks while viewing others as not assisting. Some get to sing when they want to. If you decide not to work nobody suffers. You are showing God that you do not know your position in His body. There is something specific which you can do. Know your position as a Christian. What makes you perfect is the will to do something in the house of the Lord. The Holy Spirit makes sure He backs you up when you function well as part of the body. You are not a gentile. The church should move in the power of the Holy Spirit.
