For the Hebrews nine is a symbol of truth. When multiplied number 9 always reproduces itself. In the Tarot nine is the card of the which symbolizes self-examination and refection and a willingness to seek advice. In numerology a cycle is naturally a nine-year cycle and numerologists believe every person is at all times in a personal year somewhere in the cycle. The Ninth Hour is the Hour of Prayer. Beethoven wrote nine symphonies. There were nine muses in Greek mythology. In Norse mytholigy, the dwarves Brokk and Sindri made the gold ring Draupnir for Odin and every ninth day the ring would reproduce eight new rings of equal quality as Draupnir.

According to the ACLU's research, 15 percent of American households — including one-third of all Black households — do not have access to broadband. Broadband access is about more than the internet.
