Ray was raised in the seaside paradise of Borth in Wales, UK, where the seagulls and crashing surf is the only alarm needed each morning.
It was here some 70 years ago that his grandmother made her first products using the flowers, leaves and herbs of the garden, woods and forests, for the family's use. When this is put into perspective, imagine what each business is paying on a monthly basis in fees at 3% per transaction through their POS machine????
If they have, for example, $50,000 in sales & 90% are by CARD, they are paying $1500 in fees in ONE Month. $18,000 in a year! That comes out of their income every month.

My name is Ray, and together with my wife, Wendy, we founded BORTH BEACH SOAPERY. You see, I was fortunate enough to have been born and raised in the heart of the seaside paradise of Borth Beach in Wales, U.K.
It was in Borth some 70 years ago that my own grandmother molded soap for our family’s use – soap my grandfather also used for shaving. It was this boyhood memory that inspired BORTH BEACH SOAPERY. Our small batch, handmade and hand-sliced soaps contain only ALL-NATURAL ingredients.
Adding more character to our all-country family comes Wendy, born in the beautiful land of Zimbabwe, in southern Africa, and raised in the tiny, mountainous Kingdom of Lesotho. Her influence can be felt in the antioxidant-rich herbal rooibos tea that’s contained in most of our products and is grown in the Western Cape region of southern Africa.
