WHERE TO START 👇🏼

There are 3 main foundational things that allow me to show up for myself and be the confident woman I am and it is exactly what you should be focusing on too.

And I’m NOT talking about:
✖️ a meal plan
✖️ a diet
✖️ joining a gym
✖️ journaling their desires everyday

Those keep you busy, but they don’t actually get you the RESULTS that will make you feel confident.

And that’s why I don’t let my clients skip their NON-NEGOTIABLES.

Honestly, I could make more money setting clients up with meal plans and workout plans and checking in with them weekly for 15minutes...but that is what you've all tried on your own and it doesn't work, does it?

I mean, yes, things can move quickly when you choose to do things differently but what you NEED is the support and a plan that will WORK FOR YOU. That is made just for you and your lifestyle and your goals and your personality. That is why I am here doing what I do. To create the NEXT generation of women who show up to support their mental and physical health for all the deeper reasons than societal reasons of being skinny, fit or "snatching your waist".

Okay what if you geeked out on boundaries.

Seriously?

My life C H A N G E D when I was able to set firm boundaries because I finally made time for myself.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And that was SO not me years ago and even months ago!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I was a people pleaser. In every relationship. I had to make sure everyone was happy and accepted me.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now I know the how valuable and life changing boundaries can be.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here’s what I found and what I coach my bada$$ clients on:
> having boundaries with family is challenging at first and then becomes easier as you gain confidence in holding those boundaries guilt-free
> having boundaries with your time means all those “I don’t have time” excuses become “I’m f*cking in control of my time and LOVE using it to work for me and my health”
> having boundaries with your energy means you only say YES to what you T R U L Y want to say yes to, and learn to happily day NO THANKS without shame or guilt
> having boundaries means you get to control your energy and have M O R E energy FOR YOU! To focus on your health goals and feel your best!

If you don’t feel excited about your day when you wake up. If you don’t feel:

Confident in yourself or your body
Like you’re living true to yourself
Like you have time or space for yourself
Energized and yet calm
A grounded energy

Then hun, there’s no doubt that the way you’re living right now isn’t meant for you. You aren’t living freely. And if you’re not living freely as yourself you’re not honouring yourself.

Waiting one more day and putting off feeling your best is staying stuck.

This is when you need to trust yourself. To take the jump and see that you’ll float with ease towards becoming the woman who stands in a deep understanding of herself and honouring herself.

Something I am so grateful of is feeling calm and excited about my life.

There’s a knowing that no matter what I will be okay. That I will always grow through what I go through. That there is greatness before me. And a f**k ton of joy.

That makes me smile knowing that.

And coming to know that is easier than you think.

If you feel like, “no girl, it’s not easier than I think”. Then you’re overcomplicating it.

Hear me out hun.

Recently my life was flipped upside down and my response to it all not only shocked my loved ones but myself too. I felt strong. I felt empowered. I cried and said f**k a lot and yet I felt like I was honouring myself and my healing process day by day.

And it came down to two things: I knew I was worthy of feeling my best and I knew I had to continue to live each day in alignment with the woman I was embracing at that time. A woman of calm. Of grounded energy. Of health - mental, emotional and physical.

Embodying the woman you want to be is incredibly impactful to embracing her more and more. You deserve to live as her. To feel her power. To feel confident. To feel calm and yet energetic. To have boundaries to hold space for yourself.

Hun, I feel you. Everyone in my life and I thought I would have a beautiful wedding this year, be building a family house of my dreams and starting a family of my own and then...it all got swept away in an instant.

Through all of the challenges I went through recently I found that the one thing that DID NOT change was: how I showed up for myself and honored myself.

The women in my life sent me messages speaking of my strength, my joy I still created, the healing they saw me going through...and yet that was all possible because of one thing: my empowered resilience.

I was hurting, don't get me wrong...I was
H U R T I N G...but I knew I had to continue to show up for myself. To honor my body, my heart, my joy, my self love...I am grateful for my unshakeable foundation that has allowed my empowered resilience to grow.

Women ask me all the time how I stay positive or even question my positivity...if it's all real.

The past couple of years have been...well, weird.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You have been in and out of routines and I am hearing a lot of women share how overwhelmed they feel and that they are hanging on by a thread.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Creating energetically grounding routines and rituals that help you live out your potential and live life on your own terms CAN come with ease. Yes, even in this uncertain world we live in.

When you create these grounding non-negotiable routines you can go about your day confidently no matter what your day might dish out for you. How amazing would that be?

This is what Jenn, my 1:1 client learned in 2020, as she made space for and committed to these routines in her life. She learned to start her day calm, grounded and intentional and this was the beginning of a new relationship with herself.

The HERE'S HOW TO MAKE FOCUSING ON YOUR HEALTH GOALS EASY...

I know how it feels to not feel confident in your body.

I also know the freedom of living confidently in your body AND in who you are.

This is what got me from burnt out with mealplans and forced exercise to empwoered and excited to move my body:

1. nourish your body with foods you love and foods that supoprt it.

2. find exercise that excites you and MAKE time to do it.

3. commit to yourself...this one is always the most challenging.

These 3 things took me from insecure and binge eating/self sabotaging to building a healthy relationship with my body and food and having a more positive mindset.

I didn’t like who I was:

I didn’t like how I felt in my clothes.

I didn’t like my body.

And I was praised for it.

This is the society we live in and the wellness industry we absorb. To be a certain size. To eat a certain way. To force exercise and be accepted.

🛑 Can we just stop?

When we focus on being healthy from the inside out we live freely. I see it was every woman I coach. They come to me with the thoughts they’ve learned and in time they UNlearn them and instead understand how to put their physical and emotional health first.

These women raise their standards of living energetically and shift their mindset to feel empowered.

They focus on nourishment instead of the scale, the calories or the size.

The focus on movement they enjoy instead of exercise they have to force or pressure themselves into.

They focus on the inner mindset work to heal from the past to create a future they love.

This is empowerment. 💗

And if you’re on this journey, I see you and want you to know you CAN have it all and yes, you do have to work for it but it’s easier than you think to achieve a body you feel comfortable and confident in, and t is the best decision you will ever make.

YOUR PEOPLE PLEASING COMES FROM A PLACE OF INSECURITY💗

You people please to make others feel good, sure. You also people please do you don’t upset anyone, you seem easy going, you don’t have to be decisive.

My client Jenn, was working on her relationship with her body and herself. When she worked on the practice of self acceptance she quickly learned that her people pleasing had to do with her insecurity to be accepted. She used to make others happy before herself. She chose others before choosing herself.

Does this resonate with you? 👀

There is nothing wrong with inspiring happiness in others but not from a place of lack or insecurity.

You deserve to choose you. You deserve to put yourself first.

When you work on your body confidence, learn to nourish your body and move it in a way that feels good, you step into an unwavered version of yourself. A women with new standards. A women who does what she wants because she is choosing herself first which actually gives her so much more energy and patience for her loved ones.

Jenn didn’t just learn to accept herself but learned to make her physical and emotional health a priority which increased her quality of life and put in place energetic boundaries! So she didn’t feel the need to people please any longer!

Safe in your body.

And all the other women reading this.

The doubts that creep in are not your own. They came from years of other people (family, friends, the media) telling you who you are supposed to be, what you are supposed to look like, how to act, how small and quiet to live.

Something I teach in my two courses Unwavered and in Conquered Confidence is what I call the "UNs". These are the things you need to UNlearn.

UNlearn that you need to live up to someone else's expectation of what your body is supposed to look like.

UNlearn how to live quietly.

UNlearn what you are supposed to think.

UNlearn the negative voice keeping you playing small in your own life.

UNlearn the opinions of others that you adopted as your own belief.

Because hun, what they think of you is none of your f*cking business.

You were born loving your body, being loud, living large, using the power of your voice, and making your own path until someone influenced you otherwise.

So it is time to UNLEARN.

This is NEVER talked about in the wellness world:

Your many attempts to lose weight in the past doesn’t go away from who you are when you start supporting your body.

I know you wanted to just abandon that young woman who thrived to be someone else, to be thin or feel more than enough but never believed it…

You have carried her around for so long and you can’t let her go.

As you lean into the woman you want to be, embracing yourself and honoring your body by nourishing it, the woman you were who yo-yo dieted for decades is still within you. And she needs to be.

She is the part of you that reminds you how much you have learned. How much you have grown in your relationship with your body. How far you have come. The mindset shifts you’re gaining. The story you are rewriting.

As you heal your body and no longer hate it...you let the light in on the dark room the younger you lives in. You let her know she is safe. She is worthy. She is enough.

❤️‍🔥The desires in your heart were meant for you to LIVE OUT.

You need to stop telling yourself it can’t happen for you. Or that it’s not the right time.

🥰You have wanted a healthy relationship with your body and with food your WHOLE life. The self sabotage CAN stop if you commit to yourself and your goals.

This feeling, the yearning for more is there because it IS possible for you.

🚫So STOP:
👉🏽 Holding yourself back.
👉🏽 Self sabotaging with negative thoughts.
👉🏽 Waiting on motivation.
👉🏽 Hoping it’ll click for you one day.

One day is RIGHT NOW.

I know because I lived those same thoughts and wanted the same relationship with my body and with food for so f*cking long. I know the feeling of defeat AND the feeling I have now of calm and love towards myself.

It’s a life saving transformation. I say life saving because it saves you from continuing to live in the expectations of others and instead create your own loving expectations of truth, expression and confidence.

You have less than 2 months left before 2022.

If you start now you’ll be 2 months into your body and mind transformation BEFORE the new year. If you listen to the self doubt you’ll be in the same place mentally and physically in the new year.

There is power in having the freedom of choice for yourself. The power of choice is yours.

There is something about a woman who knows the difference between:

😔I’m trying everything. I don’t know if it will ever work for me.

And…

🥰I know what I am capable of which is why I will try again.

💔A few years ago I was trying different diets without success. I felt so stuck and uncomfortable in my clothes. I had gained weight from having 5 surgeries in 1 year, 7 months of bed rest and then my mom dying the year after.

🥗So I tried to get into a routine of exercising and “clean eating’.

😣That only caused me to hate my body even more as I forced myself to over-exercise. I was also “super vigilant with eating” which resulted in binge eating donuts at night...alone...in a parking lot.

I wondered: WHEN and HOW I was going to change. I didn’t like looking in the mirror. I didn’t like the self sabotaging thoughts holding me back from being my true self.

I knew who I wanted to be. How I wanted to feel in my body.

Hun it’s not about who you are right now but who you NEED to become to welcome the opportunities you want in your life. I wholeheartedly committed to my transformation and went from insecure, anxious and hating my body to taking steps forward towards confidence, being empowered and embracing my true self to express myself.

Because of the changes I made I can now say I am living SO fu*cking true to myself. And THAT honest, unapologetic living has allowed me to:
have freedom in my body (oh yea baby: bikinis, fitted clothes, jeans, outfits I have always wanted to wear)
Have emotional strength and intelligence that keeps my mindset in a safe place (your mind should be your safe place, NOT your enemy)
Have deeper relationships
Have a trusting partner I believe in
Have the knowledge to nourish my body and support it
Have energetic boundaries that allow me to hold space for my continual growth
Be the coach I am because of all of this...because I choose me. To be courageous.

It started with my body, with nourishment, with shifting my energy and mindset.

I have now led over 800 women to a healthy mindset and body they are confident in, a life they are their truest self in and a deeper quality of life they love.

It IS possible for you too.
