The junction of Horninglow Road North with Dover Road and Rolleston Road Why Horninglow Green?

The modern Green came into being a few years ago following the demolition of old housing on the Corner of Horninglow Road North and Dover Road. Historically, the green was a little further up the hill, where the chapel now stands, and was the mediaeval village centre (approximately where Chestnuts Farmhouse stands).
