I’m expressing my gratitude for my gym and the members! I’m looking across the floor at 6:30am and it’s pretty busy! I’m walking around smiling and silently cheering on everyone because I get it! We are not just here to work on our bodies, we are also here to manage the stress, the depression, the anxiety, the fears, the “demons” that overcome us! We choose to fight and keep our sanity in this world that seems to find a way to knock us back just at the moment we feel progress. The gym has become a therapeutic place where I can feel accomplishment, control, and satisfaction.
You are always welcome to join me for Body Firm at 5:45am and let’s work on our projects together! 😃

Hey Loves!
and I are hosting a pop-up class at 12pm this Saturday at Mountainside Fitness Happy Valley.
It’s not on the schedule, so don’t have to book a spot on the app. Yup, old school style, just show up and find a spot!
As a side note, we will be recording during this class, consent forms will be required.

For New Year’s weekend, i spent it doing what I do best…hanging with my girls!
HUGE THANK YOU TO and for co-teaching classes. The energy level was on 10 both Saturday and Sunday!

Join us on Oct 21 for an exciting dance fitness class benefiting The Big Pink Bus Foundation through Banner Health. This is a mobile mammography unit offering convenient access to high-quality screening and patient navigation to help women through the health care continuum: from outreach and education, risk reduction, screening and detection, diagnosis and treatment, through to survivorship or end-of-life care.

When I look like this at the end of class…..whooooooo! 🥵🥵Just know that I gave you everything in me! A member told me last night that my class was harder than her spin class and she was more sore. (Low-key…I take that as a compliment).

When I yell “ENERGY! ENERGY!” I want you to release anything restricting you! I want you to mess up the choreo because you are lost in your own hype! Take the song in and feel each beat pound through your body!
My dance fitness workout is less about dance. It’s about conquering fears, conquering doubts, conquering negative energy! At the end you should feel empowered, accomplished, and hungry for more! This is a safe space to challenge the movement of your body. It’s a safe space to tap into your feminine as well as your masculine energy!
I’m telling you! At the end of the day, it’s YOU vs YOU! You are there to be a better version of yourself, so please don’t cheat yourself. 🗣SHOW ME THE ENERGY!

You all know I’m terrible at posting😄. I have sooo many pictures in my phone of moments that I share with different people in my life. Sometimes I just like to keep them for myself to make me smile.

But I share this because these people right here and a few that aren’t pictured, are the reason I keep going! This was a couple weeks ago and for a few ladies, this was their first class with me but they gave me their energy and showed me their hearts! I love classes that make you feel an out of body experience. “Music makes you lose control” may be lyrics to a Missy Elliott song but it’s the truth!

I have to brag on this beauty and why this photo is special to me.

Most people think “Front Row Diva Fitness “ is about me but it’s not. The name represents the members of my class who experience the freedom and confidence to step to the front row in a literal and figurative way. I have the pleasure of witnessing that and I celebrate it so hard!
has been with me since my first class at MSF Peoria. She initially stayed in the middle of the class but recently has taken residence in the front row🤩 and I love it! She brings an undeniable energy to class and she pushes me to go harder! I’m so lucky to call her a friend and she is definitely a DIVA in the best way!🥰. There’s so much more to brag about this Mother/Entrepreneur/Influencer/etc. Also she is absolutely stunning!

Hey! Got your attention? Lol. I’ll be subbing at Mountainside Fitness Arrowhead tomorrow (May 22) at 11am. This will be a 75min class aka ALL THE FUN!

Oh aaaand….I met Ish Wainwright from the the other day😃!!!!

Zara wanted to let you know that I will be subbing tonight at Arrowhead at 5:30pm.
