For anyone who hasn't heard, Matt's Heart finally gave up the fight, and he died peacefully, at home, on Saturday 10th September at 6pm. He had been cared for by me and both our families for the past 5 weeks. Me, Jay and Darren were with him. I'll keep you posted about the Funeral arrangements....it will be Colourful!
