Tip for this week: Did You Know That...
Overeating of any food is taxing on the digestive system and can affect the rate of digestion? It requires the body to expend a lot of energy, adds stress on the digestive system and forces the body to try to use too many nutrients at once. Practice moderation!

Two tips for stimulating your brain first thing in the morning:
-brusg your teeth with the non-dominant hand
-wash your face with cold water

It doesn't take much effort to help your brain wake up in the mornings and practicing these two simple steps can help you wake up easier 😉
