C-U Chix in Training is an encouraging and fun workout group for women at all fitness levels. www.chixintraining.com
Chix in Training started in Camargo, IL, as a collaboration between Rebekah Hopkins and Tish Gulick. The Chix have since expanded to other local communities, and are now in Tolono and Savoy. Michelle Potenberg earned her personal training certification in 2013 and began running boot camps in Savoy through Chix in the fall of 2013. The Chix mission is to inspire clients of all ages to pursue their fitness potential in the categories of mind, body and spirit.

and the Roll Win Rack em Up game had us rolling π² for points and exercises! So fun!

Here are the Weekend Points Challenges:
1. Sat and Sun - every 30 min of working out earns you 5 pts.
2. Post a pic of yourself wearing your team color. Limit 2 posts. 5 pts each post. This can be posted as a comment on the Chix FB page or in the Sharing the Yoke group page.
3. And of course, you can earn 1 pt. per physical mile you complete (run, walk, bike, hike, row, etc.).
*Bonus: if you run/walk/bike/etc. for 30 min, you get to log pts for the mileage AND for the 30 min workout challenge! Woot-woot!*

After participating in several camps as a client, Michelle Potenberg earned her personal training certification and began running boot camps in Savoy through Chix in the fall of 2013. Camps range in length and theme, but always aim to provide a fun, friendly, and varied workout experience. Michelle strives for her clients to achieve their goals, learn more about fitness and healthy living, and grow in the supportive community that Savoy Chix has become.
