Winter time is around the corner, and with that we have teamed up with Catalyst Performance Agronomy, Tarras Young Farmers, and Central Barrel Racing Series to bring you a WINTER FEED COMPETITION.
Its been tough growing out there this year, so why not celebrate what you have grown, along side a social event with other farmers.

Lock in 24th of February for Waimate Rodeo Club, always a great day out, starting at 9.30am, all the top contestants in NZ will be there wanting to be in the top four!

The dust has settled on our rodeo from last month, but we are onto the next thing- we have teamed up with Wanaka Rodeo and CBRS /NBHA NZ to bring you a Winter Feed Competition. Catalyst Performance Agronomy have come on board as our major sponsor, and we have planned an epic award night. So put the date in the calendar, and go get those crops humming to win the bragging rights for 2024!

We had such a good day yesterday. Thank you to all who came to watch, help or compete. Congratulations to all our winners and place getters, you put on a spectacular show.

If you've just come off the Lake for some lunch and thinking about a change of scenery, then its not too late, we still have hours of rodeo ahead, so grab the family and friends, and get to the grounds.

Offering Equissage Edge treatments, including a hand held until and a back-on-track back warming pad,
Emmett Technique Bodywork Level 2 and Bioenergetic healing. I also have ice boots and leg clay. For the riders, Equissage with the hand held unit, Magnesium shoulder rub and Emmett Technique forearm and shoulder release.

For all those entered in the Local Barrel race- Take note, best to get there early, get the family a good video spot, and come to the office for further directions.
All contestants, Office will be open 27th at 6-7pm for any Entries or queries, then 28th it will open at 7.30am. (We Do prefer online payment in advance though please)

We are so excited about the improvements we have made to the grounds. The 2023 rodeo will debut a new paneled arena fence- thanks to Freds Fencing.
We also now have a terraced side of the bank for Spectators to watch from. Merv worked wonders on the digger creating some flat areas for gazebos- get in early if you want one of these spots.
Matt Parsons and local fencer has also been busy helping us with fencing our new Office we put in last year.
And lastly we have to Mention our friends from the Upper Waitaki Young Farmers Club who have come along to a couple of our working bees to give us a hand. We have an awesome Community up in Omarama who chip in to help clubs, committees and events where they can.

All we need now is the good weather and you all to come along to the Jamiesons Construction Omarama Rodeo on December 28th 2023.
