I am a Mom of three amazing boys. I am the wife of a loving, doting husband. I am the daughter of two strong, hardworking dedicated parents. I am surrounded by supportive, encouraging friends and family. I work locally full time as a receptionist. It is a great company and the staff are wonderful but something was missing. I just wasn't feeling fulfillment. So I have decided to become a Beach Body
Most mornings I enjoy my vegan chocolate shakeology post workout. But sometimes I opt for an evening workout if my body is still telling me it needs an extra hour of sleep. The morning is always my favourite time of day for shakeology though because of those unexpected unplanned events that make us rush to work. I can still whip up a shake and have it in the go!

You've gotta love when your boy wakes up mid workout and joins in. My favourite workout partners are my kids!
When your internal alarm clock no longer lets you sleep in, you get up and work out cause what else is there to do on a Saturday morning?
When you are exhausted at the end of the day and you don't think you have any more to give, start anyway. Your body will let you know if it needs rest or not. More times than not it really wants to move. Glad I dug into my reserve tonight. Once I started I forgot I was tired. And now I feel total satisfaction! If you find you've been too tired to make time for your body retrain your brain. Your body WANTS and NEEDS to move. Sometimes we need to quiet our minds when it's fabricating excuses. The first few steps are the hardest but once your body starts moving your mind will follow!
