Amazing hoop training session - Tabata style: focus on 2 hoop split with some rope skipping and 20 min stretch. The work from flexibility class is paying off as most of my stetches are much deeper. 2 hoop split is coming along nicely. MUST WORK OUT MORE :D happy training xo

On my last day in Mundesley, I tried to hoop on the beach but I do get very shy as more and more people arrive...I get very sloppy towards the end. But this sky... I had to share it :D
Last hoop spam of the day: 2 hoop split practice #2 after another 10-15 min of practice I can now hold it for 25 seconds. A lot of room for improvement, I know. But still, I call this progress. Applied my 3Ps motto to this move: Practice, Perseverance, Patience

Practice from earlier this week: this move had put me off hooping for a looong while. I decided to dedictae my summer to it. Practice number 1, here we go
Practice from earlier this week: 2 to 3 beat weave. Difficult on the left should because I broke it when I was 8. If I insist on practising though (+the heat), it gets better.
Isopop practice earlier this week. Finally getting to grips with it.

First ever Flexibility class yesterday at Spitfire Circus Arts and it was brilliant!!!
I'm very sore today and it feels like my body is saying: more stretching please. I will try to squeeze some in later today.
Although I didn't want to, I could not help but notice that leg-wise, I was the least flexible of all... But silver lining: I have a very flexible back! Great news :D
Comparing yourself to others can be slightly healthy to make you want to try harder but you must listen to your body and accept that you are on your own journey, not someone else's
