๐ธ Today, on National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day, we take a moment to acknowledge the profound heartache that so many families face. Whether youโve experienced a loss yourself or know someone who has, this day is about honouring the precious lives that were with us too briefly and offering support to those who are grieving. ๐
If you are going through this now, know that healing takes time. Everyone experiences grief differently, give yourself the time and space you need to heal.
If you need support, you can reach out to us and we also have a blog post (linked below) with some local resources. You are not alone.

On , let's remember: self-care is not selfishโit's essential.
Taking care of your own physical and mental health enables you to better support and care for those around you. For new parents, especially moms (though dads are increasingly involved, research shows moms still often handle the bulk of household responsibilities), it can be easy to let self-care slip through the cracks.
Make an effort to incorporate self-care into your routine whenever possible (and yes, a shower alone doesnโt quite count). Consider activities like taking a walk, practicing deep breathing or meditation, enjoying a massage, or reaching out to a supportive friend or doula for a chat ๐ฅฐ
Your well-being is important, and taking time for yourself can make a world of difference.
