Super Easy Icecream Recipe 🍦 ... perfect for kids to make in the school holidays! Makes about 1L, use any flavour jelly and sub choc chips for what you want.
1 x packet Jellyologist Classic Jelly Mix (we used Raspberry)
600ml cream
1 x can condensed milk
1 C chocolate chips
Beat together jelly mix, cream and condensed milk for approx 5 minutes, until thick. Fold through chocolate chips, then pour into a sealed container.
Freeze for at least 7 hours, then enjoy!

And just like that, another year done. We’re signing off for a couple of weeks to enjoy the sunshine and some family time. The Jellyologist 2.0
If you’ve been following us for a while, you’ll know that The Jellyologist started as a creative experiment on Instagram. It is truly mind-blowing that this little project I started 5 years ago has, after many crazy jelly adventures, grown into this whole big thing.
I couldn’t be more excited about launching ‘The Jellyologist 2.0’ and announcing that we have released a range of DIY mixes and The Jelly Kit (stocked in 60 Countdown supermarkets nationwide). The Kit includes 12 of our signature cone shaped moulds so that you can recreate some of the flavours we’ve become known for.
I was honestly a bit nervous about making it all official and putting it on supermarket shelves. The thought of it had me shaking like, I dunno, something that wobbles. But having people like you give it a try makes it all worth it.
Over a year in development has seen The Jellyologist’s favourite gourmet jelly flavours reinvented in powder form, so that you can recreate them at home with ease!
