Harvest is just around the corner and hay bales are making their appearance. This was a quick job to collect a couple of loads locally and the weather was just a tad warm
We may of forgotten to get the after photos but we remembered to take a few during the beginning of tidying up the garden.
A small job but what a difference it has made. Lovely view across the field where the deer came to watch us. Also a lot more light into the garden and a hedge finally freed from the strangle of brambles.
Definitely a novelty to have some dry weather. We took advantage of it and sent the mower out to work, no grass collected today but the results were still respectable given how wet everything still is.
What a night that was with the storm making itself known.
Luckily (locally anyways) there has not been much down but that doesn't mean the risk is gone. Plenty of standing water on the roads and risks of branches falling so take it steady.
If there has been storm damage on your land that you want clearing up we are available as well as remaining on call during the unsettled weather conditions.
Stay safe.
Well it appears we have been awfully quite on the socials.. apologies
Now for some photos of the few jobs we did remember to collect photos from π€£ its easily forgotten when you love the job so much.
Sometimes we get little jobs that look easier than they are. Strimming along the banks isn't a new job for us but it was a first to watch the ground slip away whilst working along it.
A small job for a wet day, definitely not finished but we have made a good start in returning the jungle to a much loved garden.
We have been busy working through frosty times and now very wet weather. Looking forward to those summer night where we can all enjoy the gardens again.
That's it for us this year, we will be back to normal in the New Year.
We will still be on call for emergencies as normal (Hopefully none appear).
Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year π
π€Άπ Drink plenty stay safe and we will see you all next year.
Big shout out to JMB Agricultural for lending a hand (digger) on the last minute hedge removal. What a difference it made. Neighbours have more light in to the properties, now space to park 2 cars side by side and less maintenance required keeping the hedge under control.
Crikey!
We have been so busy that our socials have been neglected for some time π sorry for that.
Not that it shows much but here are some small shots of the crazy time we have had. Everything from shifting bales, fence repairs, tree pruning, lawn mowing and much more! The work hasn't stopped to the point it's been 7 days a week to keep up.
