I have a small 23 acre property with a few outbuildings that is in constant need of general care and maintenance from minor carpentry to yard work,
I also am a part time professional organizer that specializes in hoarding situations and helping clients clear and sell the estates of deceased loved ones. This job would include helping to remove trash (to provided dumpster) and moving boxes, packing, setting up estate sales, etc. Looking for either reliable labor or someone interested in a paid apprenticeship to learn how to be a professional organizer.
$20/per hour. Part-time about 20-30 hours a week depending on project.
