Hi guys, I paid my friend's health shop a visit to see what they had to boost your Iron levels. Yes they had NETTLE TEA, organic MOLASSES, SPIRULINA (a highly absorbable form of iron that is gentle on the digestive system also a great protein source). MALCOLM HARKER range is amaziiing, he has a iron boost which has a blackcurrant flavour and is a liquid. Bioavailable and non-constipating. CLINICIANS and SANDERSONS both have iron in a tablet form. SPATONE liquid iron is a naturally occurring iron-rich water collected from a unique source tucked away Wales. What's more, it comes in single use sachets and comes in a liquid form. To use, simply take it straight from the sachet or dilute it in juice high in vitamin C to increase iron absorption. Apparently after 2 sachets differences in your health should be felt! Spirit Gate - Heart 7
This acupressure point is great for lifting your spirits. It pacifies, tones and steadies a broken heart. Also helpful for anxiety when public speaking. Use with Inner Gate (see last weeks vid) and Great Abyss (next week) for a powerful trio of points. You will find Spirit Gate on the crease line of your wrist under the Pisiform bone. Place gently pressure on this spot for a couple of minutes, feel for any changes allow your body to relax by breathing deeply. Repeat as needed. Namaste Kimi

Inner Gate - Pericardium 6
Finding P6 Acupressure Point. Find your wrist crease on the inner side of your arm. Measure up your arm about two thumb widths from the middle of the crease. Make a fist and find the two tendons running up your arm, release your fist. This point is a 4 STAR point, meaning it has been proven through studies that it is effect using by itself. This point is great for Nausea of any kind, pregnancy, seasickness, hangovers etc. Opening the chest and the heart therefore calming relieving issues of the chest and heart. It also quietens the mind and decreases anxiety. A great point to get familiar with. Gently rub for 2 minutes several times a day. Look after yourself peole use this point regularly, I know I am. Toe squat
Sitting on your heels and tucking your toes under , you can choose to lift your knees from the ground and balance (this does make it more yang as muscles are required to support you). Do what version is right for you. For this pose 2-3 minutes will be more than enough time in fact as you start off go for even just 1 minute then build up. Listen to your body no pain allowed! Uncomfortable, yes we are creating new ground here by opening through our toes, strengthening our feet and ankles.
