Ok...been MIA for a little bit, but for good reasons. My husband and I took the Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living Challenge from Oct 1-30. We stayed focused and, even with a cheat here and there, we were able to each lose nearly 10 pounds and 2+ inches in our waists. I'm not going to say it was easy, but it was interesting and life changing. Loving chocolate as much as I do, I didn't think I could do it. BUT I did. On Halloween, I treated myself to a chocolate caramel candy bar. And, you know what? After only one bite, I didn't like it and threw the rest out. SHOCKING! I've stayed away from sugar since then and although it's only a week later, I still don't crave it like I used it. I'm sticking with the 30 day method for another month meaning I'm drinking 2 protein shakes (breakfast and lunch) and having a "clean" dinner (last night was baked chicken, brown rice and a salad). Today, the hubby and I started down the path to 30 days to healthy living. The first day went great for both of us--2 shakes, fizz sticks, healthy snack and a delicious dinner of salad with spicy chicken. Let's see how day 2 goes.

My husaband and I have been together 11 1/2 years and have been extremely happy so much so that we've developed "happy fat." Yeah...it's a thing!! So tomorrow, together, we start the Arbonne 30 days to healthy living challenge. I've tried this twice before and didn't make it past a week. Stay tuned....we will report progress along the way.

I've been using Arbonne's skin care line for a little while. The RE9 Advanced line is uh-mazing!
