Helping Hands Academy
Helping Hands Academy ist eine gemeinnützige Organisation in Gambia, die sich für die Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe und die Förderung der Schulbildung einsetzt.
Die Organisation wurde 2018 von einer Gruppe von Gambiern und internationalen Freiwilligen gegründet. Ziele:
Das Ziel von Helping Hands Academy ist es, die Lebensbedingungen von Menschen in Gambia zu verbessern, indem ihnen die Möglichkeit gegeben wird, sich selbst zu helfen und ihre eigenen Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln. Zu den konkreten Zielen der Organisation gehören:

SADIO MANE SAYS IT WAS HARD PLAYING AGAINST GAMBIA
The Senegalese international player, Sadio Mane, has said that playing Gambia was not what he ever expected in his life while urging Gambians to rally behind the scorpions always in supporting the team.
Mane made the comments after his country started their Africa Cup of Nations defence with 3-0 over The Gambia.
Mane who always sees Gambia’s as his second home is widely adored by Gambians for his generosity and humility. His life has been welcomed by scores of people within the two neighboring countries as a source of motivation for young people.
He said: “I support the Gambian team but this is football. This was not what I expected to play against Gambia but what can I do because it’s part of our job. I would just say for Gambians to stay behind their team.”
