Q&A about how to drink GoodBroth as a supplement beverage (instead of just as a soup base):
How much do you drink?
You can drink it full strength. It is food for life. You can have it as an after-workout drink or drink first thing in the morning. Have the mindset of drinking it like a Savory Tea with salt and ground black pepper and you could even add a sprinkle of cilantro or chopped scallions to it.
How you heat up the fresh broth:
You will warm it over the stovetop on medium to low heat and take it off once you've brought it to a simmer. Please do not microwave as it denatures the broth and you lose the natural amino acids.
How to thaw and use the frozen broth?
As far as the frozen broth. Thaw it out in a large bowl of warm water. (Again do not microwave to defrost.) As soon as the plastic is loosened, dump the contents of the broth into a 1-2 quart sauce pot on the stove. Heat the entire quart and then store it in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
