I know I needed this!
I have so struggled with self discipline for the last several years! When I was younger it was never an issue for me. I was always early, I never put things off, ate well and excercised, did the hard things first, ect… Then something shifted and I really didn’t even notice until recently. And it’s so bad! I came across this graphic and thought it would be a good start to making some changes!
What tips do you have on gaining self discipline?

I am super skeptical…
