Being a 1st grade teacher, I have a lot to remember. A lot to keep track of. As I've gotten older, it has gotten harder to keep track of everything or even remember things I've done from year to year.
At our school, there is an incentive program for good behavior and responsibility. When they reach their goal, they get a frozen treat to enjoy at lunch. It is located in the teachers' workroom, which is halfway across the school on the way to the cafeteria.

I thought the progress with my skin had stopped because you don't normally notice the subtle differences that happen over time. Then I took this picture and decided I will order more of my Lifewave skin care when the time comes. I started using the Alavida skin care night and day in December. Bryce's heel has been hurting him for the past month or so. Both soccer and baseball are in full season right now so he's practically living in cleats. We're taking steps to find the root cause (his chiropractor made a few suggestions that are in the works) but in the meantime... Ice Wave to the rescue!

Yesterday he woke up with level 9 pain in his heel. I used to have trouble finding time to workout. I unintentionally trained myself to workout out 3-5 times a week.
I don't like doing my pilates workouts when someone is nearby... watching, talking, breathing🙄. I started getting in a quick workout when the boys would run an errand with their dad or when when they would be at baseball practice. Now, whenever they leave the house, the first thing I do is get on my mat.

Raise your hand if you predicted that I would be hurting after playing soccer with my son on Friday🤦‍♀️. We ran a couple drills from the practice he missed the other night, then worked on beating his distance in long kicks. His long kick is impressive!... aaand I was kicking them back. 💭Going from the college memories of easily kicking 50+ yards... to shin splints after returning my 10 year old son's kicks in the back yard is a bit deflating. But here we are.
