First, the heatwave has gone --- thank goodness ---- second, Wiley is coming for a week --- whee --- and third, I need more time to work on the new StG book. And thanks to those of you who wished Butterscotch a happy 18th birthday.
Monday, September 12th, my cat Butterscotch turns 18 --- quite an advanced age for a housecat. He sets off two weeks of various birthdays among humans.
Peter Straub was a wonderful writer and a delightful colleague. He's going to be missed by many of us.
