Just a heads up landowners and hunter/members. I am no longer the TN agent. I am responsible for Western Kentucky from here forward. I do still manage all my leases in both states, but Eric Hilferty is your TN agent who will be cranking out leases for you guys. Always check to see who the agent is when viewing a property in consideration of leasing. That way, you can quickly get the assistance you need from the correct agent. To all. Please check your regs regarding CWD for KY and TN. Things have changed mid-game, and some counties, once positive or in the hot zone, have been returned to Unit L (we hear incorrect data may have been used in a report released on Sept 7, 2023). I just spoke with a TN Wildlife Officer who stated minerals are NOT allowed in many of the Unit L counties because CWD exists nearby. CHECK YOUR REGS! Page 29 of the TN Hunting Guide gives you the do's and don'ts.

Tennessee members, are you aware there have been 12 bucks over 200" killed in the state through the years? Don't think it couldn't happen for you hunting in Tennessee. We have properties available as we speak for those who are still looking for that 2023 lease.

Have you logged into the website lately? We still have available properties for lease in both Tennessee and Kentucky. If they are out for lease, they have been inspected personally by me, or another agent, and have met our approval for me or you to be hunting it. I only list properties I can honestly say I would hunt. If I can't say that, you will never see that property available on the Base Camp Leasing website.

We still have a few available properties on the website. It's not too late to secure a new lease for 2021. Those leases would be good for one full year. There may be a new one or two still coming within the week so be vigilant. Good luck to all!

Be patient my friends. There will be 15-20 new leases coming in TN in the coming weeks. And we will continue dropping them in KY. TN has been slow but that's about to change. New agent on the East side of the state coming very soon.
