Man, I was so lucky to buy one of pieces. It’s the first real art piece I’ve ever owned! So glad it was his. I’ve probably interviewed 200+ people when I was writing for Forbes and doing YouTube. And some big fu***ng names. But out of all of them, I like Devon’s origin story the best. Amazing guy and love what he’s doing. Recovering from back surgery a year ago has been rough. Dealing with new excruciating nerve pain that was a result of the surgery made working out and doing rehab so hard. I’d feel good for a little bit and then start working out harder and then I’d f**k something up and end up going backwards again. But I’ve finally been able to jump rope today! And and workouts have been great at getting me hitting the heavy bag and getting my cardio back. I’m not looking to spar or do anything crazy. Just want to get my ass back in the Pasadena Boxing Gym and see and and just work out in a hot assed gym with no AC! Haha. Can’t wait.

My first Comic Con was so fun! Even though I had no idea who any of the characters that people dressed up as. I’ve never heard of any of the comics or shows that people were talking about. And a random person stopped us and asked if it was my first Comic Con because I looked lost and out of place. 😂 That’s actually true. But everyone was so cool and nice and I had such a fun time.

My daughter was looking for new lunch boxes for school and this popped up! Haha. 😂

I’m forcing them to get it! ✌️ ❤️ all day!

This is the best quote and inspiration for anyone trying to make it in a creative field:

He said, “I got my real breakthrough when I realized that I could create something authentic. My first few years, I think I was still really young and trying to figure out what I was doing.

So, I was looking at everything that I loved and was trying to recreate that in my own way. 
But as soon as I started really just tapping into my own authentic story, I found my authentic DNA. And people liked it.

But opening yourself up to the public and being vulnerable is scary. 

People won’t always like you or what you’re creating. So, a lot of people never do it.

There’s probably the most incredible designer right now cooped up in a studio, with the most beautiful collections. 

But no one's ever gonna see it because they're scared to post it or something. 

Or, they're scared to share their work because they don't know how people are going to respond to it. 

There are so many musicians, painters, designers like that. 
But if they could just share their work, and share themselves, it'll get found. If it's authentic, it'll get found.”

That is some incredible insight, and great advice, to creative people in any business.

Happy 40th birthday to my amazing wife !

She honestly doesn’t look a day over 30! Not a line or a wrinkle anywhere.

And living with me is not easy so I’m surprised that she doesn’t have a head full of grey hairs by now. 😂

But seriously she’s an amazing wife, partner, mother and she’s my best friend.

And she’s a great friend to everyone. She has been flooded with birthday gifts and messages and legit the rest of September is full with friends and family taking her out.

She’s truly a beautiful person, inside and out!

Happy 10th anniversary to my wife, my partner, my ride or die

10 years ago we got married and it’s the best thing that ever happened to me!

We started a family, bought our first home, have experienced highs and lows, traveled and just built a life together.

And there’s no one I’d rather go through life with.

And I can’t wait to see what the next 10 years brings.

Had an amazing afternoon today. Went to the studio to interview .nahmias for Forbes. He’s a good friend and a monster talent! While I was there rolled through, who I’ve wanted to interview for a while. Then Doni took me over to see art studio. What an incredibly talented guy.
