In my first year, I missed the oppotunity to be in LeanIn, as the year progressed I kept hearing about how the culture and how productive the community was.
I knew I wanted to be a part of it and contribute to their vision as well, so, i decided to join as a mentor. This would also give me the oppotunity to get to get in touch with some juniors.

LeanIn is a community which is especially close to my heart. I have been associated with it for two years as a mentee in the DSA circle. I am ever grateful to the seniors who guided me, resolved my doubts and taught me complex concepts with such ease. The milestones they achieved only inspired me to work harder and believe in myself!

This year, as a mentor, I hope I will be able to do the same for my juniors and help them believe that they too have the capability to achieve what they wish for! We build ourselves as we go and I hope this journey helps you do just that.

Since the day I joined IGDTUW, I have witnessed this quote manifesting itself quite often. In my first year, as a mentee in the IoT Circle at Lean In, I gained a lot more from my mentor than just skills, I gained confidence, composure and a new-found passion.
As a mentor in the Machine Learning Circle for this session, I hope to give back to Lean In as much as I received from it!
Empowering the community requires equipping them and Lean In is the perfect place for it.

From being a mentee to a mentor my journey at LeanIn has been amazing. I started off as a mentee in the DSA circle, that was my first step towards computer science and since then I've come a long way. I've learnt about various new technologies but the field that fascinated me the most was AR/VR. I'm a very creative and artistic person and I feel that AR/VR is a branch of technology where I can unleash my creativity and use it for the betterment of the society.
I feel honoured that LeanIn gave me the opportunity to be an AR/VR mentor. I'd love to share my knowledge and skills with the mentees and help the community grow.
