Our Amish Craftsman also accept custom orders at certain times of the year and build complete kitchen cabinet units as well as bathroom vanities. Select from our standard items, add a wood burnt laser, hand burnt image, handcarved image or design your own furniture! On stock items are available for immediate purchase & packages are offered for complete bedrooms sets & multiple piece orders. If we can't build it - We will direct you to the Amish craftman that can!! All of our items are constructed by the best local amish craftsman in each furniture line! General Policies:
Custom Orders/Furniture Built to Order..REQUIRE NON Refundable Deposits...1/4 to 3/4 of total (determined by item)...No returns or refunds unless it is a wood or craftsman defect approved by our master builders. Deposits are non-refundable...NO deposits are returned once order has been placed and deposit is made..NO changes in order following deposit...Checking occurs as a result of the natural drying process in all log furniture...this is not a defect. Every Log piece built is different & unique due to grain & log characteristics. Customers select their stain choice..we are not responsible for color matches nor will we refund deposits due to color mismatches with furniture already in your home. Returns are not accepted on any furniture due to color characteristics, log size, grain, etc..If you ask us to build & we build to your specifications...it is your furniture when complete. We apologize for the strict policies & larger deposits but have recently encountered several customers that have ordered and then decided they want a different color, dimension, etc. when order is complete..refusing to pay remainder of balance on orders for Reasons listed will result in forfeiture of your deposit & order. Customers order with the knowledge that each piece is handcrafted-not manufactured so each piece will be unique. Be prepared with blankets & rachets to secure your items. Cash/Check with ID payment is preferred and all quoted prices are CASH prices. PA taxes apply to all purchases. Minimal Convenience are applicable to credit card purchases. All items must be picked up/paid in full within 10 days of completion notification unless prior arrangements are made...Items not picked up & paid in full within 10 days will be subject convenience storage fee, forfeit of deposit/item, etc..Please contact us with any questions prior to placing an order at 814-257-8911
