“Prayer is the open admission that without Christ we can do nothing. And prayer is the turning away from ourselves to God in the confidence that He will provide the help we need. Prayer humbles us as needy and exalts God as wealthy.” John Piper

Well yesterday marked the end to an amazing sermon series on Matthew! It has taken 100 sermons which equated to around 3,600 minutes or three YES three years and five months!!!
Thank you Lord for our Pastor Mark who has faithfully studied and brought us the very words of God, and helped us apply them to our daily lives.

Wow we are offically 10 years old. Praise Our Lord and Saviour for being our faithful provider and gracious redeemer.
Let us remember what He has done in us and through us for His glory and our joy.

For many years we have supported the work of ROPE, especially in Nepal. Today they relaunch as Project Possible.
As a Church we will continue to pray for the work of their hands!

LAUNCH DAY ✨

The day has finally arrived, and after many months of thought, prayer, reflection and hard work, it is time for us to write a new chapter. We are so pleased to introduce to you Project Possible.

Here at Project Possible, our response to the needs of the world has never been big programmes with lofty ambitions, but rather small, bite-sized projects filled with possibility. We believe that big changes come from small beginnings and it just needs a spark…

We cannot wait to share more about our vision, mission and what makes Project Possible that little bit different. All we ask is that you help us celebrate this new chapter and join us on this new path God has set before us.

What amazing truth, the grave could not hold him, Jesus defeated death so that we may live.

Some of the leaders met this morning before the sun rose to read and pray and give thanks. ( socially distanced of course 😊)
