Be a force for good–this was the mission for aspiring and professional filmmakers alike for this year’s vertical filmmaking contest, Nespresso Talents, which had a theme of “Doing Is Everything” – even the smallest action can create an extraordinary positive change in the lives of others.

As a jury member, it was extremely difficult choosing my favorite films and even more difficult defending them. 2/3 of my picks didn’t make it, which just goes to show the breadth of talent . To the filmmakers: I witnessed your innovation and felt your passion, and I have no doubt you’ll go on to do great things.

Finally made it to for our anniversary trip! The place only opened up yesterday so we were the only other people at the resort. It’s a great feeling, having the biggest pool in the island all to ourselves, listening to our favorite music at full blast. And that’s thanks to the Sonos Roam, the first portable smart speaker by a brand i Stan.
