Executive Chef Daniel Donguines has been with R&DE Stanford
Dining for just over four years. In his role, he
oversees the day-to-day food service operations for both Florence Moore Dining and the Kosher Dining Program, trains other staff, and creates, implements, and scales food programs to the rest of the Stanford Campus.
